
PlasticitYoga Sessions
Each hour-long session will be a multi-component practice incorporating Meditation/Centering, Physical Movement, Conscious Breathing and Deep Relaxation.
-Meditation/Centering ~ 5 minutes
-Physical Movement ~ 35 minutes
-Conscious Breathing ~ 5 minutes
-Deep Relaxation ~ 15 minutes
With Individual Instruction, each pose will be selected based on the responses provided on the PlasticitYoga Participant Assessment. A personalized sequence will be created to address specific areas of trauma. Although Group/Generalized Sessions will incorporate the Assessment during the Physical movement, a Hatha sequence will be offered.
